Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are reserved especially for you, which means without enough notice for cancellations, our estheticians will be unable to fill the time spot with another client. Like most service professionals, our income is based per service that we complete (no client = no income.) For that reason, our policy will be strictly enforced. Fees will only be waived in emergency situations, for clients who rarely/never cancel and have never no showed. We require a 24 hour or more notice if you cannot keep your appointment. Cancellations need to be made over the phone. We do not accept emails through Facebook, Instagram, or email. We do honor all phone calls during the night/weekend hours if you leave a voicemail, please just leave us a voicemail letting us know that you need to cancel your appointment. We require all clients keep a current debit card on file, and you will automatically be charged the fee if the cancellation policy is violated. If the card declines you will be required to pay the fee before scheduling any more appointments. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.
Emergency Situations include: Labor, death, car wreck, sick child, contagious illness
Non-Emergency Situations: Over-sleeping, work meeting, called in to work, forgetting appointments
Cancellations within 24 hours - $25-$35 depending on the service booked More than 3 no shows/last minute cancellations may result in no longer being able to book appointments.
